Shipping process

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have begun processing it.

Processing usually takes between 1 and 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, we will send you another email with tracking information. Shipping usually takes between 4 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday). We offer free shipping for all orders within Spain, Poland, and the United Kingdom.

Delays

Orders are usually delivered within the estimated time frame. However, if your order has not arrived within the maximum expected time, please note that delays may occur due to seasonal peaks, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. We ask that you wait an additional 3 working days (Monday to Friday) before contacting our customer service. If after that time your order still has not arrived, please write to us at info@garcia-moda.com and we will investigate.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@garcia-moda.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already being prepared.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may return the item once received by following our returns procedure.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or different item than the one you ordered, we regret the inconvenience. Please take clear photos of the item, showing any visible damage or incorrect details, and send us an email at info@garcia-moda.com including your order number and the images. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a solution, either a replacement or a refund.
